By accessing our website (https://www.perpetualdesignstudio.com) or engaging Perpetual Design Studio ("Studio", "we", "us", "our") for design, offset printing, fabrication, language localization, or digital media services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
All client engagements are defined by written proposals, estimation sheets, or digital statements of work (SOW) issued by Perpetual Design Studio. Any additions or revisions beyond agreed project scopes will be quoted separately as change orders.
Upon receipt of full final payment, client receives full commercial usage rights for finalized artwork deliverables. Raw design source files, custom font files, underlying software code, and preliminary concept drafts remain the intellectual property of Perpetual Design Studio unless explicitly assigned in writing.
For offset printing, spatial signage fabrication, and multilingual translation projects, final digital or physical proofs must be formally approved in writing by the client prior to production. Perpetual Design Studio is not liable for typographical errors, color variations, or design omissions once a proof has been approved.
Standard billing requires an advance deposit prior to project initiation, with balance payments due upon milestone completions or final artwork delivery. Overdue invoices may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month.
In no event shall Perpetual Design Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our creative deliverables or website services. Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
